If you believe a wine, beer or spirit product you purchased from us is defective, you may return the unopened product(s) in the original package with the receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will arrange for replacement or refund after review of the product. Returns more than 30 days after the date of purchase are only eligible for replacement with an equivalent product. Crown Valley reserves the right to refuse return, replacement or refund in the event we suspect abuse of this policy. All liquid products are temperature and light sensitive. All closeout purchases are non-returnable unless a recall has been issued.
